Sergey Filbert came to Germany from Siberia as a 17-year-old. He has set up the YouTube channel "Golos Germanii" in recent years, which translates as "Voice of Germany". This "voice" is very distorted and has more than 500,000 subscribers: he mainly translated conspiracy ideologues, but also politicians from the AfD and leftists with close ties to Russia. Filbert was also allowed to report on his observer mission in Komsomolskaya Pravda.
