Alexander Shpakovsky is a director of the Belarussian analytical center "Актуальная концепция" (Current Concept). He is a member of the Scientific Expert Group under the State Secretariat of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus and member of the Scientific Expert Council under the Chairman of the EEC Board. Shpakovsky is a regular contributor to the Belarusian edition of the Russian state-funded Sputnik website.
