Alan Dzhussoev is the first deputy head of the “Presidential Administration”. He initiated the social movement "Your Choice" (2012) and was the head of the Leningor District in the so-called “Republic of South Ossetia” from 2009-2012.

Я был на выборах президента Абхазии в 2004 году. Чувствуется большая разница в плане организации. Можно говорить о том, что есть движение вперед. Конечно, хотелось бы, чтобы было лучше, но возможность выбора в Абхазии есть.

The so-called Republic of Abkhazia, located within the internationally recognised borders of Georgia, held “presidential elections” on 25 August and 8 September 2019. The overwhelming majority of the world’s nations does not recognise the sovereignty of the Republic of Abkhazia, while international institutions such as the OSCE ODIHR considered “elections” there as illegitimate and did not send international election observers there.
