Emmanuel Kilchenmann is a Swiss attorney, who represented the interests of nine Russian canoeists suspected to have committed anti-doping rule violations. He was elected in 2015 as as a new President of the SVP City of Freiburg (SVP Freiburg Stadt), where he is currently a General Councillor.
