Member of the 44th National Assembly in the Parliamentary Group "Bulgarian Socialist Party for Bulgaria". Deputy Chairman of the General Assembly (2017-2019), Chairman of the Foreign Policy Committee (2017-2019). Since 2019 he is a member of the Commission for the interaction with the non-governmental organizations and the complaints of the citizens. Anton Konstantinov Kutev also participated in the previous National Assemblies (41st, 42nd). He studied "Economics of Cinema and Television" at the Moscow Film Institute and "European Public Administration" at Sofia University.
