Oumar Mariko is a Malian politician and doctor. He is the Secretary-General of African Solidarity for Democracy and Independence (SADI), a left-wing political party. Oumar Mariko was a candidate for the 2002 and 2007 presidential election. He constantly spoke in favor of Russian foreign policy.
