Sebastián Hagobian Lopez is the President of the Permanent Conference of Political Parties of Latin America and the Caribbean (Conferencia Permanente de Partidos Politicos da America Latina e Caribe - COPPPAL). He is in the International Relations Division of the Montevideo Municipality and is a member of the Socialist Party of Uruguay.
