Rupakjyoti Borah is a visiting research fellow at the Institute of South Asian Studies, National University of Singapore. He was also a visiting Fellow at the Centre of International Studies, University of Cambridge, U.K. in 2009 and an Australia-India Council Australian Studies Fellow. His latest book is "The Elephant and the Samurai: Why Japan Can Trust India?"
