Jevgenijs Korols is one of the leaders of the Latvian anti-immigrant, eurosceptic and openly pro-Russian "Action party" (Rīcības Partija). In 2019, he participated as a candidate in the elections to the European Parliament on the list of "Action party", but he was not elected.
