Jose Matemulane is the President of the Association for Free Research and International Cooperation, a community of "independent" researchers, experts and activists from countries all over the world. He is an Assistant Professor at the Mozambique Pedagogical University in Quelimane, had studied in four Russian universities from 2002 until 2012 and received his doctoral degree from the Saint Petersburg State University. Jose Matemulane disseminates pro-Kremlin propaganda on the social networks and maintains contacts with various Russian actors.
