Osvaldo Napoli has been a Member of the Italian Parliament since 2001. He graduated from the Technical Commercial Institute (speciality - Trade Representative). 1975-1994 belonged to the Christian Democracy (La Democrazia Cristiana), 1994 joined "Forward, Italy" (Forza Italia). He was a mayor of Giaveno (1985 and 2004) and later of Valgioie (2009-2016).
