Luca Romagnoli is an Italian politician and former MEP (2004-2009). He has been a National Secretary of the Social Right (Destra sociale) since 2013 and a National Secretary of the Social Movement Fiamma Tricolore from 2002 to 2013. In 2013, the Central Committee of Tricolour Flame distrusted Luca Romagnoli because he joined the "Movement for National Alliance" without having sought the opinion of the Committee. Following the expulsion from Tricolour Flame, Romagnoli founded his new political movement - Social Right.

On 29 July 2018, Cambodia held general elections to elect 125 members of the National Assembly, the lower house of the Parliament of Cambodia. Due to the fact that the Cambodian authorities banned the main opposition party in 2017, Western states declined to send any observers to monitor the general elections.
